First of all you need to understand what is Consistency?
Consistency is a form of doing anything or schedule repeatedly with same confidence, energy and enthusiasm etc.
Have you got it?
If not then: In simple language we can say a form of doing work continuesly without delay or not following the schedule.
Why we should be consistent in our life?
We should consistent in our life because there are many reasons to be consistent like:
- For becoming successful
- For being perfect
- Increase your ability and skills.
- Developing your self.
- For living a happy life.
There are many more reasons why we should consistent in our life.
It's very easy to say that you should be consistent in your life but in real life/practical life following it very hard.
In your life I think you have definitely met few people who suggest you that do this, this and this etc. But in their own life they are not doing same or not following it. Giving suggestions to someone is very easy but following it in your own life is very hard.
How to be consistent?
I will not tell same things which you listened many time. You can become consistent by following these steps:
1. First of you need think about those things which comes in your way to be consistent. Like If you are going to study, mobile phone comes in your way.
2. Try to avoid those things and try to stay far from it. If it isn't not possible then try to manage with those things.
3. Set small small targets for becoming consistent.
4. You need to focus on your tiny habits that it is helpful for you or not.
